Hannah Moore is the Chief Executive Officer of Inspakt Technology Ventures, where she leads the firm's overall investment strategy, portfolio development, and investor relations. She founded Inspakt in 2021 with the conviction that seed-stage B2B founders deserve a dedicated, operationally-minded partner.
Prior to founding Inspakt, Hannah spent years at leading venture and growth equity firms, developing deep expertise in enterprise SaaS business models, marketplace dynamics, and the unique challenges of scaling B2B distribution. She has served on the boards of multiple high-growth technology companies and brings hands-on experience in go-to-market strategy, pricing, and organizational design.
Hannah's investment philosophy centers on backing founders who have unfair insight into the problems they are solving — people who have lived the pain, understand the workflow, and have the resilience to navigate the long road from seed to market leader. She is particularly drawn to companies that combine strong retention metrics with powerful network effects.
Nora Fleming
Managing Director
Nora Fleming serves as Managing Director at Inspakt Technology Ventures, where she leads deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio operations. With deep expertise in SaaS business models, enterprise go-to-market strategy, and scaling sales organizations, Nora is a trusted partner to Inspakt's portfolio founders from first check through Series A preparation.
Nora has a strong background in both operating and investing roles within the B2B technology sector. She brings a systematic approach to evaluating market opportunity, unit economics, and competitive positioning that has been sharpened across dozens of seed-stage investments. Her operating experience gives her an unusually practical perspective on the challenges founders face when transitioning from product-market fit to scalable growth.

Stella Murray is a Senior Associate at Inspakt Technology Ventures, focusing on market research, investment analysis, and portfolio support. She leads the firm's coverage of emerging B2B SaaS and marketplace verticals, helping identify new investment themes and evaluate opportunities at the earliest stages.
Stella brings strong analytical capabilities and a deep curiosity about the structural forces reshaping B2B technology markets.
